Ron's has been coaching rugby at primary and secondary schools throughout his professional career at his former club, London Broncos. He then helped to set up and coach the Mens rugby league team at St Mary's University for two years, before joining London Scottish as a youth coach in 2006. In 2007, Ron joined his former amateur club Richmond, where he presides as their development coach. |

Stephen has coached two different secondary school rugby teams to county cup finals as a PE teacher using nutrition as one of many vital training tools to get the best out of his players. Aside from lecturing in a college he is also provides nutrition advice for a number of sports clubs in the Berkshire area. He has used his interest and qualifications in nutrition across a variety of sports and seen dramatic improvements in many athletes. |

Nadine is a physiotherapist originating from South Africa and had the opportunity during her training to gain experience with Pumas and Blue Bulls Provincial Rugby teams and post qualification was the South African National Action Netball Sports Physiotherapist for the test series against Australia. Currently Nadine is working for the NHS as a musculoskeletal Senior Physiotherapists and is the sports physiotherapist for the Southampton rugby club. Nadine will be using her skills obtained to educate players on principles of injury prevention and support injury management.
